Helsinki, Finland – RapidBlue Solutions has today launched a POS-integrated version of its Shopper Analytics™ solution, enabling retailers for the first time to analyze shopping trips which do not lead to sales.
The new product offers retailers with the ability to combine the RapidBlue Shopper Analytics™ visitor data with sales information received from Point-of-Sale equipment. The combination of data available for retailers through the solution completes the retailers’ understanding of shopper behaviour and for the first time, provides retailers the possibility to analyze also shopper visits not resulting in sales.
